Job Description:

1. Responsible to achieve sales target by executing sales plan (Projects on air-conditioning, ventilation and air-ducting system).
2. Responsible for Sales and Marketing of company’s Mechanical and Engineering/Data Centre and Procurement Services for M&E Systems of Industrial and Commercial buildings.
3. Responsible for B2B Sales and Marketing of company’s Mechanical & Engineering/Data Centre’s products and services such as air conditioning systems (i.e., Precision aircon, chiller, etc.), UPS, etc.
4. Opening up new markets and new customers.
5. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers for continual growth.
6. Follow-up on team’s sales enquiries and do analysis of the market.
7. Seek and study opportunity for new products for the market.
8. Timely submission of sales activities and forecasting report.
9. To monitor debtors account and follow up collection plan.
10. Follow up quotations, coordinate sales projects and meet sales targets.
11. Implement tasks assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a minimum Degree in Mechanical & Engineering and above.
2. Required language(s): Malay, English, Chinese.

•  Responsible in service, checking, maintenance, install and trouble-shooting (repair and replace) for all type of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Handle technical resolution and customer complaints.
• To provide supports to the technical and service team as well as customers.
• To provide guidance and coaching to the technical and service team.
• To lead technician(s) to provide maintenance and operation services for customers.
• To supervise, coordinate and ensure operation and maintenance at site.

Job Description (For Post at PJ HQ Office):

• Responsible for M&E work at project site
• To monitor, supervise, handle and ensure all activities and operation at site are carried out timely and within schedule, quality and approved budget.
• To assist in co-ordination and management of site workers and sub-contractors at site.
• To check quantity, description of material and quality are tallied with the Delivery Order and Purchase Order.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the engineer or manager.
• Attend daily or weekly site meeting.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for review.
• Coordinate the maintenance and defect rectification works.
• Checking of technical drawing discrepancy, coordinate all construction/as-built drawings and ensure operation follow as per drawings.
• Ensure that the project site must be properly maintained and regular housekeeping to be done.
• Ensure all safety requirements by client and the authorities must be follow properly by conducting daily implementation and audit at site.
• Coordinate with Operation Department (office) for deployment of equipment and manpower
• Coordinate with customer at site to ensure that all required work passes/permits, device/machines certificates and other documents are valid to facilitate the work at site.
• Ensure delivery orders and timesheets are submitted to Operation Department (office) upon completion of job.
• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
